Peak Resources - Charlotte held it's Fall Carnival on September 26, 2011. They had food, prizes, face painting, caricatures, and other games for the residents to play. Some residents even enjoyed hitting our Administrator Phillip Norman in the face with a pie! Carolina Clowns were there to do tricks and visit with the residents. They all had so much fun.
